Applies to: All clients, students, and participants engaging with Glen Chesterton Wellness services, both in-person and online.

This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for respectful, safe, and professional behavior across all services — including sports therapy sessions, Pilates classes, and digital learning platforms.


1. Respect & Inclusivity

Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow participants with courtesy and respect.

Discrimination, harassment, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

We welcome individuals of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities.


2. Health & Safety

Disclose any relevant injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before participating in classes or therapy.

Follow all safety instructions and modifications provided by instructors or therapists.

Do not attend in-person sessions if you are unwell or contagious.


3. In-Person Class Etiquette

Arrive on time and check in before class begins.

Wear appropriate clothing and maintain personal hygiene.

Use equipment responsibly and clean shared items after use.

Mobile phones must be silenced or turned off during sessions.


4. Online Course & Digital Engagement

Do not share your login credentials or course materials with others.

Respect copyright: all videos, downloads, and resources are for your personal use only.

Engage respectfully in any forums, live sessions, or group chats.

Refrain from recording or distributing any part of the course content without permission.


5. Professional Boundaries

Our services are delivered within the scope of sports therapy, Pilates instruction, and movement education.

We do not provide medical diagnoses or psychological treatment.

Any inappropriate behavior toward staff or instructors will result in immediate suspension of services.

We welcome constructive feedback and are committed to continuous improvement.

7. Breach of Conduct

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in:

A verbal or written warning

Temporary or permanent suspension from classes or courses

Termination of access to services without refund

By booking a session, enrolling in a course, or participating in any class, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct.
